"I never thought I would have to be writing a review about State Farm. Everything has gone smoothly until this point. They would not cancel my renters insurance and were adamant on billing me even after I called two times to cancel and both times they said it would be cancelled. The day before I had to make a payment, I could not get ahold of anybody and I called more than twenty times and they were suddenly too busy to answer my calls. I even texted and no response. I hate it when people lie and they lied to me the past two phone calls about cancelling my insurance with them."
